Raising Aspirations

This 4-week course focuses on self-worth, strengths, understanding others/empathy, recognising triggers, calming techniques, goal setting and community building.
Thereby, learning how to contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.

Tailored to children moving between key stages such as P7-Year 8 or within the Dixon Plan.

Managing Exam Stress for Success

Many young people don't reach their full potential during exam periods due to a range of challenges such as fear of failure, perfectionism, lack of confidence, feeling overwhelmed or poor time management.

This 4-week course offers a safe and supportive space to understand how stress affects the brain and body and to develop practical coping strategies that build resilience and focus.

Students will explore various calming techniques, mindset tools and effective study habits - empowering them to manage pressure, reduce anxiety and approach exams with calm confidence.

Thrive together - Promoting Confidence and Inclusion
Designed to tackle issues such as bullying, toxic environments/relationships, peer challenges and their effects on self-esteem.
This course encourages empathy, respect and self-advocacy, helping to build stronger relationships and a sense of belonging.
